PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. –June 27, 2016 – Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), a full-service, award-winning marketing firm located in Princeton Junction, welcomes three new hires to its staff.
The three new team members include: Arturo Cianfano, who will serve as a client manager and business development specialist; Events Manager Maureen Sojka and Managing Editor Jennifer Kohlhepp.

In his new role, Cianfano focuses on business development in addition to working with national and international clients to further their goals and objectives.
“He is a superior relationship builder and strong communicator with a proven ability to conceptualize ideas and facilitate their implementation,” said Gabrielle Copperwheat, operations director at CMA. “Art’s extensive portfolio in the client services sector speaks to his proficiency with assisting clients in the development and implementation of strategic, tactical and financial plans to achieve their overall goals.”
Prior to joining CMA, Cianfano was the relationship manager at the New Jersey State Chamber of Commerce and vice president of business development at CPN Real Estate in addition to running his own management development firm for nine years.
In her new role, Sojka will oversee the planning and execution of all client events and has hands-on experience juggling the event planning needs of multiple organizations, including budget preparation, contract terms, negotiations and analysis, speaker management, off-site events, exhibits and trade shows, and travel. Throughout her career, she has organized a multitude of meetings, from large-scale multinational events to local association conferences. She holds an ASAE certificate in association management and has a wide range of knowledge working with associations, boards and committees as part of the professional staff and as a board member herself.
As managing editor, Kohlhepp oversees the publication of four magazines, including IMARK Group’s IMARK NOW, Equity Plumbing’s The Plumbing Advocate, National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors’ (NAILD) Today’s Lighting Distributor, and International Card Manufacturers Association’s (ICMA) Card Manufacturing. Prior to joining CMA, she served as a managing editor at Packet Media Group and Greater Media Publications.
